Staff use the MTM LogisticsLink app to access orders and locate items. The app can be used on mobile and tablet devices allowing for easy use around the warehouse.
The MTM LogisticsLink app contains three tabs fetures:

Tasks- displays orders given to the staff by an administrator using the warehouse.

Stock check - This lists all clients in the warehouse and can be selected to get warehouse stock and locations.

Activity- Shows all tasks and displays when the task was received and how long it took to complete it also contains all completed tasks.
Tasks​
The tasks tab displays all orders assigned to you. Each order can be opened by clicking the sideways arrow and the tick can be pressed to complete the order and remove it from the list.
When selecing an order it will take you to the overview page, this page contains the reciver information, product SKU and quantities. This page also has two tabs, Pick items and Verify.
Picking items​
The pick items tab is the main page for finding and logging items for the order. at the bottom of the screen is all items in the order, the colours indicated the amount of items currently entered, red less than ordered amount, green equal to ordered amount and yellow more than ordered amount.
Clicking on an item will open a list containing it's bin location and the quantity. The collected button will allow you to remove items if too many where added.
Verifiying​
The verify tab opens to an overview of how much of each item was picked and where it came from, pressing the tick in the top right will verify the order.
Stock check​
The stock check tab will display all Entities acosiated with your warehouse, selecting any will open their stock overview.
From here all items are search able and provides a quick and easy way to find items in the warehouse.
Activity​
Asctivity tab shows all orders currently active and orders that have been completed it. This tab tracks when the order was given and how many times it was opened creating a log of how long the task took to complete.
